Detoxifying The Body
After 7 long years of putting junk in my body, I’ve decided to clean it. Aside from cutting back from eating too many junk foods, I’m also trying to quit smoking. Finally! This is the act that my family has been waiting for. I admit that I used to be a chain smoker but lately, I’m able to limit myself to just a stick a day. And my goal is to totally remove smoking from my life. With the help of numerous ways to quit smoking given by online correspondents and personal doctors, I know that I can do it. It’s hard but not impossible.
