My Best Abdominal Workout
Working out keeps me in great shape but sometimes it can get boring. I like to take one day of the week to focus on different body parts like my legs, upper body and then abdomen. I found that the best abdominal workout for me includes a combination of strength training, flexibility and fat burning. I jump rope or use a trampoline to get my heart rate going and burn fat. Then, I do crunches and leg kicks to strengthen my abs. I work on keeping my core toned and flexible by using yoga and some times Pilate’s as well.
