Talking About the Groom

When giving the best man speech, the main talking point should be the groom. This is your best friend who is heading into a new chapter in his life. Talk from the heart about what his friendship means to you. You can include stories of special memories. Humorous stories always go over well but just remember to keep it clean. The point of the speech is to lift up the best man and not embarrass him. Ask the bride about her favorite memories of the groom. Including one of these stories will make the speech a huge success with both the bride and groom.
