For some reason I have really been craving egg salad sandwiches lately. However, I can’t find my recipe for egg salad. I think I am going to go on the internet and see if I can find one that looks similar. I am sure most egg salad recipe options just vary slightly in the amount of the ingredients, so hopefully I will be able to choose one that is similar to my favorite. I just want to be able to make a sandwich that tastes like those that my mom used to make all the time. They were so delicious.
