My mom is always complaining about how her printer does not run the way it should. She thinks that I know everything about computers, so she is always asking me to fix her computer problems. I was not exactly sure what was wrong with her printer, so I decided to use Driver Detective. This program scans her computer for its hardware and its drivers connected with that hardware.  It will then compare the drivers to the latest drivers for that hardware, and it will provide a way to download a newer driver if your driver is the problem with you hardware. Sure enough, her driver was the wrong one for her computer.  So, I downloaded a new one for her.
