The Function of Svchost.exe

Svchost appears to affect several processes with a lot of error associated with it. Svchost.exe, what is it it really? In Microsoft’s database, svchost.exe handles services for win32 16-bit based DLL files. DLL stands for Dynamic Link Library, and are essential files in Windows platforms. DLL files cannot launch independently and needs svchost.exe, to connect the operating system to the DLL processes.

As the host executable file, svchost.exe provides stability and continues flow of services in the Windows operating system. With this, svchost.exe should never be disabled. Keep your registry clean from malware or spyware, to avoid application errors and system crash.
